Sausage bread Boekoeloekoe



1] Grate the cheese, cut the onion and mix these with the rest of the ingredients (see front of the package) and this herbal mix. Make a smooth mixture.

2] Leave the mixture set in the fridge for 15 minutes.

3] Pre-heat the oven at 210 degrees.

4] Fill a piping bag with the mixture.

5] De-freeze the puff pastry and spread them out over the bench. Pipe the Boekoeloekoe mixture in the middle of the puff pastry.

6] Fold the puff pastry and cover the mixture with egg yolk for a nice gloss.

7] Bake the breads in approximately 15 minutes.
