Boekoeloekoe balls in saus

Ingredients vegetarian recipe for 6-8 balls

1 sachet boekoeloekoe mix (including associated ingredients)
2 tablespoons butter
Water or vegetable broth

Preparation method

Prepare the burgers according to the instructions on the packaging. Heat two tablespoons of butter in a frying pan. Divide the mixture into 6-8 small patties. Fry the burgers alternately until they turn a nice golden brown with a crispy coating. Add a small dash of water or vegetable stock, turn the heat down and put a lid on the pan. Let the burgers simmer for another 12 minutes. Serve the burgers with potatoes and vegetables or a salad.

Would you like to make some gravy after this? Then scrape the remains of the burgers from the bottom, add a generous dash of vegetable broth or water, half a tablespoon of butter and a teaspoon of flour. Allow it to thicken over low heat. Keep stirring well and serve immediately. Delicious on the potatoes.
