Vegetarian recipe ingredients for 1 cake tin of 16 cm
1 sachet of boekoeloekoe mix
75 grams of grated old cheese
300 grams of mushrooms
1 onion
3 eggs
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp smoked paprika powder
4 tbsp flour of your choice

Preparation method
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Fry them in a dash of olive oil until the moisture has evaporated. Finely chop the onion. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
Place the whole thing in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (160 degrees hot air). Pour the pate mass into a greased baking tin. Place in the oven for about 45-50 minutes. Carefully remove from the baking tin and let cool completely before cutting. Delicious on bread or toast, next to a salad or with a bowl of soup.
