Boekoeloekoe in savory pie dough (Koopmans) with pointed pepper, parmesan and sun-dried tomato.
1) Cut half a pointed pepper and 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil into small pieces.
2) Grate the cheese, finely chop the onion and mix it with the milk, egg, butter, pointed pepper, parmesan and the spice mix into a homogeneous mass.
3) Let the mixture firm up in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
4) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
5) Fill the piping bag with the boekoeloekoe.
6) Let the slices of savory pie dough defrost and place them next to each other. Lay a nice line of Boekoeloekoe into the center of the puff pastry with the piping bag.
7) Roll the dough in half and brush with some egg yolk for a nice shine.
8) Bake the rolls until brown in about 30 minutes.
For this vegetarian recipe, one sachet of burger mix is good for 4 filled rolls.
