Preparation method
1) Cut 100 grams of mushrooms into medium-sized pieces and fry them in a frying pan with some butter or oil.
2) Grate the cheese, finely chop the onion and mix it with the rest of the ingredients (50 ml milk, 80 g young cheese, 2 small eggs, 1 small onion and 1 tablespoon of butter or oil), the pre-fried mushrooms and the herb mix. into a homogeneous mass.
3) Let the mixture firm up in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
4) Make 4 equal balls by hand or spoon. Place them in a frying pan with some butter or oil. Gently flatten the balls into a burger and fry them nicely brown on both sides for ~10 minutes at a medium temperature.
